Tippiti is built for medical transcription services, with instruction groups for each client, individual formatting and style rules, bulk upload and permissions for each typist. By the time a typist opens a document in the editor, it has passed through the correction, fact-check and plausibility-check stages and been compared against the original recording by an independent AI validator.
Tippiti handles whatever your clients send, from individual dictations to interviews and assessment recordings. You receive finished clinical letters, discharge letters, diagnostic reports, medico-legal reports and verbatim transcripts. You can keep editing them in the editor, export them as Word documents or retrieve them automatically via the API. The medical findings, diagnoses and expert opinions come from your clients.

Tippiti acts as a subprocessor. Your client remains the controller and you are the processor. The privacy page explains how the chain works.
Transcription services work for different clients, often with different requirements. Tippiti reflects that, from client-specific rules to separate folder structures and managing every dictation in one place.
Tippiti identifies the document type from the recording and uses the appropriate structure, paragraphing and spelling of specialist terms. You do not have to configure anything for that.
If you also want to apply client-specific requirements, such as abbreviations, date formats, text replacements or formatting rules, you can store them as instructions and assign them when uploading dictations. You can create any number of instruction groups, for example one per client or speciality.
Upload the audio file, choose the processing mode (Dictation, Conversation & interview or Assessment interview & case history) and, if needed, assign an instruction group. Tippiti handles transcription, correction and validation. In Assessment interview & case history, it also writes up and structures the case history and interview section. Tippiti notifies you when the text is ready.
The built-in editor offers text formatting, non-breaking spaces, automatic saves, version comparisons and an audio player, everything you need to finish the text directly in Tippiti.
Reword passages, adjust formatting or ask questions about the text, all directly inside the editor via Tippsi Chat. Every change creates its own version, which can be compared with the original or other versions.
All your clients’ dictations in one place. Folder structure with access control, notes and file attachments per dictation, such as prior findings, case references and more. No more hunting through emails and cloud folders.
Clients send more than dictations. Assessment interviews, patient consultations and other interviews also arrive as conversation recordings. In Conversation & interview, Tippiti identifies the speakers, assigns role labels and delivers a full verbatim transcript, a clean verbatim transcript or a summary. Timestamps and audible behavioural observations can be enabled if needed, all at the same per-character price as dictations.
Depending on how you work with your clients, there are two paths.
If your client already works with Tippiti, they can set up a sub-account for you. Assigned dictations appear directly in your account, and Tippiti notifies you when new work is ready. There is no need to exchange files by email.
You continue to receive dictations as before, whether by email, cloud storage or another channel. Instead of typing them manually, you upload them to Tippiti and, where applicable, assign the relevant instruction group. The finished version can then be exported and delivered through your usual workflow.
