What problem does Tippiti solve?

Complying with GDPR, understanding regional accents, recognising medical terminology – many providers advertise these as features or even as proprietary developments. In reality, every modern AI model brings them out of the box. No provider built these themselves – and none of them are what trip up a transcription.

Every speech recognition system delivers a result quickly today. But anyone who actually has to work with those results knows: even after AI post-processing, the transcription often creates more work than typing the dictation by hand. Correcting, restructuring, reworking – and in the end you wonder where the time savings were meant to come from.

Anyone who has to rewrite the same text after every dictation does not have a tool that saves work – they have one that creates more of it. Processing

Understands the dictation as a whole.

Once uploaded, the entire dictation is processed in context. Pauses are used for segmentation, context between sections is preserved, and long texts are reliably handled as a single unit.

Correction

Turns raw text into a finished one.

Transcription errors and slips of the tongue are corrected, dictation commands are applied, structure, paragraphs and formatting are set. Individual rules and text replacements are applied directly during writing.

Fact and plausibility checks

Checks reference details and finds contradictions.

Tippiti checks reference details such as proper names, medication names, ICD codes, case numbers, place names – and finds logical contradictions in the text. This reduces transcription errors. In case of uncertainty, web research supplements the verification.

Output

Delivers a usable Word document.

You receive a finished Word document with clean formatting. Alternatively, you can work directly in the integrated editor with version comparison and Tippiti-Chat. Features relevant for medical texts, such as automatically inserted non-breaking spaces, are available. For integration with your own systems, the Tippiti API is available.

Editor

Edit, compare, export

Text editing with formatting, fonts, tables, headings and lists. Non-breaking spaces can be inserted automatically – between numbers and units, in abbreviations and titles. Typographically correct, without manual effort.

Every change produces a new version. Versions can be compared side by side – with word-level differences highlighted in colour. When copying, you can configure whether formatting and non-breaking spaces are preserved.

Tippiti Chat

Ask questions, revise, steer the result

Tippiti Chat sits directly inside and next to the editor. Ask questions about the text, have passages reworded, change formatting, restructure sections. You can also target specific highlighted passages to ask questions or give instructions.

Every change made by Tippiti Chat creates its own version with a comparison view. You see immediately what changed – and can accept or reject the change.

Tippiti works with rules developed jointly with medico-legal experts and transcription services and continuously improved. This means the output already fits most use cases without further configuration.

Team & collaboration

Sub-accounts, permissions, link sharing

Create unlimited sub-users – with their own permissions per folder and per person. Team members see only what they are meant to see, and can edit dictations directly.

Individual dictations can also be shared via link – optionally with password protection and an expiry date. Recipients do not need an account of their own. Notes and attachments can be stored per dictation and shared as needed.

Tippiti bills per character – 0.50 € per 1,000 characters of the finished text. No subscription, no base fee, no product tiers. Every user has access to the same process, the same models, the same feature set.

Why per character? Because quality costs resources. A real agentic workflow – several AI models correcting, validating and checking one another – is more effort than a single pass. Character-based billing reflects that honestly – without margin pressure that would force us to cut corners.

It also means: no reason to artificially limit features. There is no “Basic” and no “Pro”. Everyone gets everything.
