Tippiti is the software for medical transcription services: instruction sets defined per client, individual format and writing rules, bulk upload and per-typist permissions. In the multi-stage process, correction[TOOLTIP] Correction at Tippiti means resolving and fixing transcription and dictation errors. [/TOOLTIP], fact-check[TOOLTIP] Fact-check at Tippiti means verifying clearly checkable details in the dictation – proper names, medication names, ICD codes, case numbers, place and postcode combinations, etc. A clinical evaluation of diagnoses or findings is not part of the check. [/TOOLTIP] and plausibility-check[TOOLTIP] Plausibility-check means verifying clearly logical errors, to further reduce transcription and dictation errors. [/TOOLTIP] interlock; an independent AI validator[TOOLTIP] A separate verification stage by another model that checks the result against defined error classes – spellings, place/postcode combinations, ICD plausibility, contradictions between sentence parts, etc.
Verified is the consistency of the text, to further reduce transcription errors, not the clinical correctness of diagnoses or assessments. [/TOOLTIP] compares the result at the end against the original dictation.
You receive the finished text – doctor's letter, medico-legal report, finding etc. – as a Word document, in the editor with version comparison or via the API. Findings, diagnoses and assessments stay with your clients – Tippiti does not author its own clinical statements.

Information on the use of AI transcription for medical dictations and answers to frequently asked questions.
Transcription services work for different clients, often with different requirements. Tippiti mirrors that – from client-specific rules to separate folder structures and managing every dictation in one place.
Tippiti already delivers excellent results without any custom configuration.
On top of that, if you want to enforce client-specific requirements – abbreviations, date formats, text replacements, formatting rules – you can store them as instructions and assign them when uploading dictations. You can create any number of instruction sets, for example one per client or specialty.
Upload the audio file and, if needed, assign an instruction set. Tippiti handles transcription, correction and validation. You are notified when the text is ready.
The built-in editor offers text formatting, non-breaking spaces, automatic saves, version comparisons and an audio player – everything you need to finish the text directly in Tippiti.
Reword passages, adjust formatting or ask questions about the text – directly inside the editor via Tippiti Chat. Every change creates its own version, which can be compared with the original or other versions.
All dictations from all clients in one overview. Folder structure with access control, notes and file attachments per dictation: prior findings, case references, notes, etc. – no more hunting through emails and cloud folders.
Depending on how you work with your clients, there are two paths.
If your client already works with Tippiti, they can set up a sub-account for you. You see the assigned dictations directly in your area, are notified of new dictations and can start editing immediately. No emailing, no file hand-off.
You continue to receive dictations as before – by email, cloud or any other transfer. But instead of typing them up manually, you upload them into Tippiti, assign the matching instruction set if applicable, and let the text be processed. The finished version can be exported and delivered to your clients through the usual channel.
