On top of that, if you want to enforce client-specific requirements – abbreviations, date formats, text replacements, formatting rules – you can store them as instructions and assign them when uploading dictations. You can create any number of instruction sets, for example one per client or specialty.

The built-in editor offers text formatting, non-breaking spaces, automatic saves, version comparisons and an audio player – everything you need to finish the text directly in Tippiti.

Depending on how you work with your clients, there are two paths.
If your client already works with Tippiti, they can set up a sub-account for you. You see the assigned dictations directly in your area, are notified of new dictations and can start editing immediately. No emailing, no file hand-off.
You continue to receive dictations as before – by email, cloud or any other transfer. But instead of typing them up manually, you upload them into Tippiti, assign the matching instruction set if applicable, and let the text be processed. The finished version can be exported and delivered to your clients through the usual channel.
